Well, It seems that after my success of last weeks Minnie cake, I had got myself another cake job. But this one wasn't going to be easy! A 3D Horse head. I was way out of my comfort zone, but after watching dozens and dozens of youtube clips and reading in books, websites and baking magazines, I finally had enough courage to start the cake and I must say so myself it didn't look half bad! I don't know if there's any of you out there that like baking or want to get into baking, but I took photos of every stage of making this and thought I'd run through a step by step "diary" of how to make it... so you don't have to trawl through hours of videos and books.
